When you first join you are offered a lifestyle and fitness assessment that will give you a good bench mark of where your current fitness levels are.

Free fitness programmes

Once we have identified your fitness goals our expert trainers will devise a detailed fitness programme aimed at working towards your goals. We offer this when you first join and every 6-8 weeks as part of our free ongoing service.

Healthy eating advice

Through our onsite team and our online members website you have access to a vast amount of healthy eating and nutrition advice that will help you to achieve your goals. You cannot out work a bad diet so it is essential you feel supported in your healthy eating choices.

Personal training

All our sites offer a personal training service which is something that is paid for in addition to your membership but if you wish to have some extra help and motivation whilst you workout this is available. Putting the Fun into Fitness

We try to make your sessions as enjoyable as possible and to enhance your visits we offer a number of different ways you can get involved. We regularly run fitness competitions with prizes aimed at encouraging interaction in the gym (for beginners and those more advanced) and we host a number of clubs within our facilities which include running and walking clubs, martial arts, cycling, etc. We also look to coordinate regular social events so members can get to know one another and these include dinner events, Club BBQ’s, football matches and coffee mornings.
